Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SIG Consultant to join our team, focused on the implementation, monitoring, and training related to ISO certifications, as well as the development of management dashboards. Focus on training and development of management indicators Job Description: At the **Stella Association**, part of the renowned La Salle congregation, we provide administrative and sports services. Currently, we are seeking a **SIG Consultant** to join our team. If you are proactive and detail-oriented, this is your opportunity! **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position or related roles. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 27001, 37001, and 22301 standards. * Knowledge of the Educational Organizations Management System ISO 21001. (Mandatory) * Training as an internal and/or external auditor for ISO 21001\. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Responsibilities: What will you do?** * Implement ISO certifications and other national and/or international certifications. * Monitor ISO certifications and other national and/or international certifications of the company. * Conduct training sessions on the SIG and related topics for staff. * Develop SIG Management Dashboards (KPIs). * Plan projects in all aspects: identify required activities, estimate time. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work * Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Monthly salary * Training opportunities * Statutory life insurance **If you meet the profile, don’t hesitate to apply or refer someone!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work in Breña? * How many years of experience do you have working on SIG-related topics?
