Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for the installation, configuration, and preventive/corrective maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in installation and maintenance of security systems. 2. Duties include inspection, configuration, and testing of systems. 3. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of alarms. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems, or related fields. * Network or communication cabling. * Experience in system installation (fire detection and alarm, CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, electrical installations, etc.). * Installation and maintenance of equipment from brands such as Simplex, Mircom, Bosch, Secutron, Siemens, Notifier, among others. * Conduit pipe installation. * Office software knowledge – desirable. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Proficiency with tools and immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · **Inspection and Configuration:** Inspect and/or configure fire detection and alarm system control panels. · **Device Installation:** Install and inspect fire detection and alarm devices, including system power supplies, manual pull stations, smoke and temperature sensors, and photobeams. · **Testing and Operational Verification:** Conduct operational tests on control panels, manual pull stations, smoke and temperature sensors, and alarm notifications. · **Maintenance:** Carry out general PREVENTIVE and CORRECTIVE maintenance of fire alarm and detection systems. · **Reporting:** Prepare detailed preventive maintenance reports and other work-related reports as required. · **Other Responsibilities:** Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** * Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays until 1:00 PM) Employment type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 15 days Employment type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 15 days Work location: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 15 days Salary: S/.100\.00 \- S/.120\.00 per day Work location: On-site employment
