**HR Manager** We are a retail company engaged in the importation and distribution of women's footwear, and we are seeking top talent to fill the position of Human Resources Manager. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or related fields. · Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). · Familiarity with the Concar system. · In-depth knowledge of Labor Regulations is mandatory. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Responsibilities:** · Preparation of biweekly and monthly payroll. · Calculation and processing of Social Benefits settlements, vacation payouts, and bonuses. · Drafting employment contracts. · Employee onboarding and offboarding in the T-Register; preparation of the PLAME report. · Managing documentation for labor inspections by SUNAFIL. · Recruitment and selection of personnel. · EJB PAYROLL SYSTEM (BASIC). · Other duties consistent with the HR function. **Benefits:** · Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. · Corporate benefits. · Positive work environment.
