Job Summary: This position ensures the maintenance and proper condition of structures, buildings, and equipment in auxiliary areas supporting production lines, as well as the preservation of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate maintenance activities and resource allocation. 2. Analyze representative KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. 3. We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** **What the role entails:** * Ensure maintenance and proper condition of structures, buildings, and equipment in auxiliary areas serving production lines through management of the unit’s maintenance plan (technical, operations, and third-party), aligned with the Pre-Requisite Program (PPR) approach. Preserve unit facilities through management of the unit’s preventive infrastructure plan (in-house and third-party). **Key Challenges of the Role:** * Coordinate distribution of maintenance activities across the unit, considering availability of technical resources and budget. * Jointly analyze with the production area incidents impacting unit productivity to define actions improving external unavailability performance. * Analyze and report representative KPIs for the unit’s maintenance planning area (maintenance cost, preventive and autonomous plan compliance) to identify improvement opportunities at management and investment levels. * Plan maintenance services executed within the unit (in-house and third-party), considering availability of required resources for proper execution (time, budget, materials, etc.). * Control scheduling and delivery of maintenance work orders to the technical and production areas by maintenance planners, ensuring adherence to procedures defined by CoE Supply. * Supervise maintenance and energy management carried out by Engineering specialty coordinators. * Coordinate necessary technical training for the team under the incumbent’s responsibility. **Requirements** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * 1–2 years of experience as General Services or Maintenance Coordinator. * Willingness to work on-site in Huachipa. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Willingness to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** Grupo Mariposa’s mission is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
