Warm, efficient, and organized patient care **POSITION PROFILE: NURSING TECHNICIAN** **Position Objective:** Provide assistance and administrative support in outpatient patient care, ensuring warm, efficient, and organized service, as well as proper management of electronic medical records and basic laboratory procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Patient reception and orientation. \* Triage and vital signs measurement. \* Registration and updating of electronic medical records. \* Appointment scheduling and follow-up. \* Collection and documentation of laboratory specimens. \* Support in outpatient procedures and external clinic care. \* Organization and control of clinical documents. \* Coordination with the medical team for appropriate patient follow-up. **Requirements:** \* Graduated or certified Nursing Technician. \* Experience in external clinics (preferred). \* Proficiency in computer tools and electronic medical record systems. \* Basic knowledge of laboratory specimen collection and processing. \* Experience in gynecology, obstetrics, fertility, and reproductive medicine is preferred. \* Experience in follicular monitoring, patient counseling, support in gynecological procedures, and assisted reproductive techniques is preferred. **Competencies and Skills:** \* Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy toward patients. \* Responsibility and punctuality. \* Organizational skills and attention to detail. \* Ability to work effectively in a team. \* Proactivity and problem-solving ability. \* Strong interpersonal communication skills. \* Willingness for continuous learning. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Compensation: S/750 to 1,500 per month. Salary: S/.750\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
