In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Lead and coordinate change management processes in projects, ensuring correct implementation of new methodologies, processes, and tools. * Ensure compliance with client technical specifications and complementary international standards, according to service specialty. * Design, implement, and monitor change management plans aimed at minimizing resistance, optimizing adoption, and ensuring sustainability of initiatives. * Coordinate with technical and project management teams to identify impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies related to change. * Train and support teams in adopting new practices, promoting effective communication and organizational alignment. * Support application of the PMBOK Guide in cost management, procurement, and project portfolio management processes linked to change. * Prepare progress reports and metrics on the effectiveness of implemented change strategies. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management and in engineering, construction, or Oil \& Gas projects. * Advanced knowledge of Repsol specifications, according to service specialty. * Advanced knowledge of international standards complementary to Repsol specifications. * Knowledge of the PMBOK Guide, tendering and procurement processes, cost management, and project portfolio management. * User-level proficiency in: MS Project, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Office 365, SAP SE, and Plant 3D. * Driver's license A1 (required for supervision staff and project managers). * Intermediate English (spoken and written), advanced reading ability. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits from the first day of work. * Health insurance (EPS) covered at 80% for the employee, spouse, and children up to age 18. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
