We are seeking top talent for the position of **LICENSED PHARMACIST CHEMIST**, with assertive communication skills and leadership abilities. **REQUIREMENTS** Licensed Pharmacist Chemist (degree-holding and registered with the professional association) Experience as Technical Director and/or Production Manager Knowledge of preparation and formulation of various magistral formulas. Strong coordination, leadership, and cross-departmental communication skills. Proactive, organized, team-oriented, and communicative. Intermediate-level office software proficiency Residence in areas near Surquillo or Miraflores. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Supervision of operations and personnel under supervision Preparation of magistral products Inventory management of raw materials and packaging materials Administrative documentation of the pharmaceutical establishment. Development of management reports.
