Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer with experience in industrial and mining (EPC/EPCM) projects, focused on planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Project management according to PMBOK and continuous improvement We are looking for a Resident Engineer with experience in the industrial and mining sectors, specifically in EPC and EPCM projects, as well as collaboration with engineering firms. Specialized in project planning, execution, and monitoring according to PMBOK and in continuous improvement. **Professional Profile** · Licensed Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer · Minimum 8 years of experience as Resident Engineer (projects) · Experience in supervision of fabrication of steel structures · Experience in installation of steel structures (desirable) · Experience in crane-assisted installation and execution of high-risk activities (work at height, hot work, and load lifting) · Valid driver's license, category A1 or higher · Experience in pipe installation and support placement · Experience in mechanical equipment and structural installation (desirable) · Experience in engineering supervision and drawing review. **Knowledge:** · Technical regulations applicable to engineering projects · Quality management in construction works and processes · General knowledge of construction processes (desirable) · Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) · Contract management and administration · Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology · Proficiency in MS Project (desirable) · Proficiency in AutoCAD (desirable) **Responsibilities:** · On-site project management. · Schedule control, progress curves, and weekly reporting. · Coordination of progress, daily reports, and issuance of heat maps. · Supervision of on-site work. · Management of site resources and planning. · Supervision activities at the Callao site. **About the Position:** · Initial phase: Office in Surco (coordination). · Execution phase: Site in Callao. · IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY * **Submit: Documented CV to j.llave@americorpsac.com** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
