Valuation and budget deviation control At Grupo Qata, specialists in the design, engineering, and construction of infrastructure, retail, and corporate office projects, we are currently looking for a Cost and Budget Assistant. **Required Profile** **Academic Background and Certifications:** Graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields Specialization in cost management or project management is desirable **Minimum Experience:** 3 years of experience as a Cost and Budget Assistant or in similar roles **Technical Knowledge** **Responsibilities** * **Prepare detailed quantity take-offs** from project drawings. * **Develop Unit Price Analysis** for materials, labor, and equipment. * **Request and evaluate quotations** from suppliers and subcontractors. * **Support valuation control** and budget deviation monitoring on site. **Apply by sending your CV to: gth@grupoqata.pe** Work Location: On-site employment
