Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting a **Project Engineer** to join our Minerals \& Metals business line at our San Isidro office. **About the Role:** * Take responsibility for executing the defined project scope, ensuring delivery in accordance with baseline requirements (scope, quality, schedule, cost) and key stakeholder objectives. * For smaller-scale and less complex projects (or studies or tenders), this role may assume overall project-level (prime contract) responsibility, whereas for more complex projects it assumes responsibility for a specific work package. Large and complex projects are defined by their associated risk profile, budget, scope, key stakeholder groups, and business impact. **About You:** * Prior experience and strong discipline-specific knowledge as a field engineer, controls engineer, contracts engineer, or discipline engineer on complex or heavy industrial process projects. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. * High attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to own and deliver a defined scope of services or works. * Anticipate each project phase and constraints to meet weekly and monthly deadlines. * Professional and committed approach; expected to operate without detailed supervision. * Competence in specifying and challenging basic cost control and scheduling plans and reports. * Possess or acquire detailed knowledge of relevant company standards and procedures. * Apply fundamental FEL methodology principles. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
