Position Summary: We are seeking a Sustainability Analyst to manage and monitor EDGE certification for real estate projects, track key performance indicators, and coordinate across teams. Coordinate with Projects, Construction, Technical Office, and suppliers **We Are Hiring a Sustainability Analyst – EDGE!** At **VITA IN**, we seek a professional passionate about sustainable construction to manage and monitor the **EDGE certification** of our real estate projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor **EDGE** certification processes. * Monitor efficiency indicators for **energy, water, and materials**. * Collect and review technical documentation and supporting evidence. * Coordinate with Projects, Construction, Technical Office, and suppliers. * Monitor on-site compliance with sustainability criteria. * Prepare reports and KPIs for Management. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **1–2 years of experience** in sustainability, construction, or real estate projects. * Knowledge of **EDGE certification and sustainable construction**. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with **EDGE App, Revit/AutoCAD, or BIM** is desirable. **Santiago de Surco – Lima** On-site work | Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.4,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
