Technical problem resolution and stakeholder communication **Job Objective:** Lead, plan, and supervise the execution of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and direct all phases of construction and infrastructure projects. * Supervise project team members. * Monitor costs, schedules, and resources to ensure project profitability and operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations. * Assess risks and resolve technical and operational issues arising during execution. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients, authorities, and stakeholders regarding project progress. **Candidate Profile** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 5–7 years’ experience managing construction and infrastructure projects. * Solid knowledge of project management, safety regulations, and construction legislation. * Leadership, negotiation, planning, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in project management tools and technical software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Primavera P6\). **Salary Range** * Starting from S/ 12,000 per month (depending on experience and scale of managed projects).
