This is your opportunity to join a technical team focused on development and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** \- Graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields. \- Basic knowledge of environmental or occupational monitoring is desirable (but not mandatory). \- Availability for fieldwork and possible travel. \- Commitment, responsibility, and strong willingness to learn. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Prepare technical reports on occupational hygiene monitoring. \- Conduct occupational hygiene monitoring in the field, ensuring quality and compliance with protocols. \- Develop risk maps, IPER matrices, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) action plans. \- Collect field samples following technical and safety protocols. \- Establish baseline assessments as initial diagnostics of exposure conditions to various agents present at workstations. \- Prepare, update, and monitor the Annual Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Plan. \- Conduct field visits for information gathering, inspections, and observation documentation. \- Design and deliver training on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) topics. \- Participate in internal and external audits related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and occupational hygiene. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** \- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory). \- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). \- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and occupational hygiene regulations. \- IPERC preparation (mandatory). \- Understanding of basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management Systems (per Law No. 29783).
