Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering * Specialization in Business Process Management (BPM), Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, or ISO 9001 (preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Analyst * Preferred training in coaching, leadership, or clowning * Preferred knowledge of **GoHighLevel (GHL)** Main Responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, and document current processes across departments, identifying gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies. * Conduct interviews and workshops with department leaders. * Develop, analyze, and update flowcharts, operating manuals, forms, policies, protocols, and internal procedures. * Present new processes or improvements to department leaders for implementation. * Support monitoring and progress tracking of implementation, delivery timelines, and activity completion. * Provide team coaching and training to ensure correct process application. * Monitor progress, send reminders, and coordinate deliverables. * Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) by department and process. * Maintain an updated and management-accessible compliance dashboard. * Identify opportunities for improvement, digitalization, or automation of repetitive tasks. * Propose optimizations that reduce time, cost, or operational errors. * Support operational standardization We Offer: * Formal employment registration from day one (MYPE) * Professional development opportunity within a growing company in the business consulting sector. * Fixed salary * Continuous learning * Work location: Miraflores Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What are your salary expectations? * Do you agree to work under a MYPE payroll system? * What is your profession? * Do you have experience as a Process Analyst?
