Position Summary: Binswanger Peru is seeking a Sanitary Engineer/Supervisor to oversee and develop sanitary installation and fire protection system projects for industrial construction sites. We are seeking top-tier talent for the position of: Position: **Sanitary Engineer / Supervisor Engineer for Sanitary Installations** Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) Type: Industrial (factory) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Responsible for validating, supervising, issuing, and delivering reports and documents as required in the specialty of Sanitary Engineering for the corresponding project. * Supervise subcontractor progress at the level of Sanitary Engineering. * Verify compliance with drawing specifications on site. * Continuously supervise production and quality progress fronts within the specialty. * Develop the comprehensive project for sanitary installations and fire protection water systems, obtaining the corresponding approval from the relevant authority. * Coordinate the proposal for such sanitary installations and fire protection water systems with the architectural proposal and with other specialties involved in the project’s development and design. * Prepare progress reports and deliverables to be submitted to the direct supervisor and/or Head of Technical Office, as requested. * Prepare cost items that will form part of the project budget within the specialty, as well as calculate quantities, with guidance and coordination from the cost, budgeting, and construction specialist. * Review and apply applicable construction standards for the sanitary specialty as required. Requirements: * Educational Level: Degree and professional registration in Engineering or related field. * Work Experience Areas: Projects, Public and Private Works. * Industry/Sector: Construction, Buildings, and Industrial. * Experience: 3 to 5 years. Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Matrix, and Anti-Bribery.
