Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Supervising Engineer / Field Supervisor to ensure the technical integrity and safety of structural elements, supervising on-site execution in accordance with engineering drawings and standards. We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: Position: **Structural Supervising Engineer / Field Supervisor** Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) Area: 5000 m2 Type: Industrial (factory) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Ensure the technical integrity and safety of the project’s structural elements by supervising that on-site execution strictly complies with engineering drawings, seismic-resistant codes, and the company’s quality standards. * Monitor all structural execution processes (foundations, columns, beams, and slabs), ensuring compliance with the National Building Code. * Coordinate structural drawings with architectural and installation disciplines to detect interferences prior to concrete pouring. * Inspect and verify the placement and reinforcement steel (diameters, spacing, and lap lengths) in accordance with design details. * Validate quality certificates for ready-mix concrete and steel, and supervise sampling for strength testing. * Plan and coordinate structural activities in collaboration with Production Management. * Supervise and manage quality releases for structural elements prior to concrete pouring stages. * Verify the use of PPE and collective protection systems during high-risk activities such as formwork and work at height. * Validate and approve progress quantity takeoffs. * Validate materials procured by the Administrator. * Prepare progress reports and field protocols, maintaining up-to-date the site diary specifically regarding structural works. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System applicable to this role. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and licensed Civil Engineer * 3–4 years’ experience in roles such as Structural Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or related positions * Industry/Sector: Industrial, Construction, or related fields * Area: Civil works, public and private infrastructure projects Knowledge: * Knowledge of project supervision or management * Knowledge of structural engineering * Solid knowledge of the National Building Code * Knowledge of OSHMS, environmental matrix, and anti-bribery requirements We Offer: * Formal employment under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits. * Contract for an initial period of 03 months or duration of the project We promote labor inclusion and integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation.
