We offer a challenging and professional work environment, career development opportunities, and a competitive compensation package. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** The Operations Superintendent will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling mine operational activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and achievement of the company's established production targets. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily mining operations to meet production goals. * Implement optimization strategies for extraction, hauling, and processing operations. * Supervise operational staff, ensuring training and compliance with safety standards. * Coordinate with maintenance, geology, and environmental departments to ensure integrated and efficient operations. * Monitor operational performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal, environmental, and safety regulations. * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **MANDATORY:** 10+ years of experience in mining operations, including at least 5 years in supervisory or managerial roles. (APPLICANTS WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED). * Degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of mining operations planning and control. * Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in specialized software (MinePlan, Surpac, or similar). * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to reside at a mining camp or work under non-standard schedules. * Fluency in Spanish and English (desirable).
