We are bridging two worlds — advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Purpose of the Role:** Responsible for supervising lifting operations executed by the construction contractor, leveraging specialized lifting expertise to ensure safety and a high standard of quality in discipline deliverables, in accordance with applicable standards, design codes, and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and approve Lifting Plans. * Verify crane and rigging equipment checklists prior to each lift. * Coordinate with HSE and the contractor to demarcate the work area. * Ensure all personnel involved in the lift are trained and authorized. * Immediately stop the lift if an unsafe condition is detected. * Report incidents, near misses, and opportunities for improvement. * Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by management. * Ensure compliance with Worley’s and the client’s Quality Assurance System and HSE System guidelines. **What You’ll Bring?** **Software, Processes, and Tools:** **Specific Knowledge:** Brownfield construction project management experience in the mining sector. Knowledge of ASME B30, OSHA 1926\.1400, ISO 12480, or applicable local standards. Familiarity with construction processes, preferably within the mining sector. Experience installing electrostatic precipitators is highly desirable. **Specific Experience:** Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in critical lifts. Skills and knowledge in Lean Construction and ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, global environment. Prior experience working on the construction supervision side. **Academic Qualifications, Certifications, Training:** Mechanical, Civil, Mining, Industrial, or related Engineering degree (not mandatory but highly valued). **HSE Skills:** Actively promotes behaviors aligned with our LIFE value and applicable HSE policies for the discipline. **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). **Personal Competencies:** High-level interaction across all organizational levels, with positive influence on people. Strong oral and written communication skills expected. Ability to supervise contractor work. **Other Skills:** Autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, capability to work in a global environment, analytical ability, organizational skills, proactivity, and dynamism. Project planning and control skills. Intermediate English proficiency.
