Warehouse organization and cleanliness maintenance **Objective** Carry out operational activities for merchandise receipt, storage, and dispatch, ensuring organization, proper product preservation, and adherence to internal company procedures. **Responsibilities** * Receive and verify merchandise according to incoming shipment documents and guides. * Store products properly in accordance with established procedures. * Prepare orders for dispatch and distribution, ensuring cleanliness, accuracy, and organization. * Issue and prepare required documentation per customer requirements (e.g., delivery note, purchase order, certificates, etc.). * Record inventory receipts and shipments using the ODOO system. * Conduct physical inventory counts and update records accordingly. * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and appropriate signage.
