We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** Coordinate, plan, supervise, and execute procurement of materials, indirect services, and Industrial CAPEX, complying with corporate policies, optimizing budgets, maximizing company benefits through continuous market analysis and development of strategic suppliers, and managing both documentation associated with each purchase and key performance indicators of the area. Specific Responsibilities: * Execute CAPEX and services procurement processes, ensuring timely supply of materials and services required by the company. * Lead strategic roadmap projects classified as local management in the assigned category’s Decision Matrix, focusing on maximizing value capture for the organization and ensuring compliance with established processes. * Administer the annual procurement budget based on spend, aiming to maximize savings for the company. * Manage cross-functional team KPIs, ensuring achievement of targets outlined in the corporate goals book. * Ensure protection of finalized negotiations through formal legal contracts with suppliers and application of pre-established processes, safeguarding the organization against potential events that could disrupt business continuity. * Manage certification process for assigned suppliers. * Timely communicate commercial terms agreed upon with suppliers following negotiations, informing relevant departments to ensure contractual compliance, correct transaction execution, and capture of potential savings. * Monitor automation KPIs (Fact vs Contract, Catalogs, Self-Service) and contracts for the assigned category. * Track procurement savings and departmental KPIs via the Wave platform. * Support Corporate Procurement’s tendering projects by providing relevant spend and stakeholder information, ensuring timely adherence to deadlines set for each project. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, International Business, Economics, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience as a Procurement Analyst or in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management roles. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Microsoft Office (Advanced level). **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
