Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to support risk and internal control management, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing the BCMS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in process mapping and control evaluation. 2. Participate in operational audits and special reviews. 3. Support the implementation of the Business Continuity Management System. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support in risk and internal control management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks; and in implementing the BCMS. a) Internal Control and Risk Management * Collaborate in process mapping, risk identification, and control evaluation. * Participate in operational audits and special reviews to identify weaknesses, potential fraud, among others, and propose improvements. * Maintain updated risk matrices in the company's risk management software. * Prepare periodic reports on progress and findings. b) Business Continuity: * Support the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301\). * Document procedures and contingency plans. * Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery plan testing. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Data Engineering or Artificial Intelligence. * Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control, risk management, or auditing. * Experience in business continuity or crisis management is desirable. * Knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, COSO ERM, ISO 31000\). * Certification in Business Continuity (ISO 22301\) is desirable. * Experience with automation and data analysis tools: Power BI, Power Apps, Python, SQL. * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in San Isidro.
