Job Summary: A leading Peruvian automotive company is seeking Production Operators to join its team, operating machinery and complying with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. PRODUCTION** A prominent Peruvian automotive sector company, specializing in manufacturing engine gaskets and present in over 30 countries internationally, as well as being a wholesale distributor of high-quality auto parts, is currently seeking: **PRODUCTION OPERATORS** **With or without experience!** **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment (all benefits\+SSALUD\+FAMILY ALLOWANCE\+PROFITS) * Transportation bonus \+ attendance bonus * Salary: PEN 1,150.00, increasing to PEN 1,180.00 after one year * 70% meal coverage * Positive work environment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operating various machines (ringing\-enabling\-cutting\-rubber and manual operations). * Keeping the workstation clean and orderly. * Complying with quality and safety standards, and internal plant regulations. * Knowing evacuation routes. * Following work instructions **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Availability for overtime * Availability for rotating shifts: Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:15 PM.
