Job Summary: COLLOKY is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide customer service and consultation, promote sales, and maintain store order. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and consultation 2. Maintaining store order and restocking merchandise COLLOKY is currently looking for a Full-Time Sales Advisor for our store located at Real Plaza Puruchuco Shopping Center. **Location:** Real Plaza Puruchuco Shopping Center **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and consultation. * Promote sales and achieve targets. * Maintain store order and restock merchandise. **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and customer service (preferred). * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts. **We Offer:** * Base salary: S/750.00 * 2% commission on sales (uncapped). * Bonuses for store-level target achievement. * Statutory benefits: health insurance, CTS, year-end bonus, severance pay, and family allowance.
