At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds connected across 41 countries, doing what we love and co\-creating a better future. **You definitely don’t want to miss out!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and evolve backend applications using Java and .NET technologies, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance. * Design and implement RESTful services, microservices, and integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms. * Participate in technical requirement analysis and collaborate on defining solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. * Build reusable components following object-oriented development principles, sound programming practices, and design patterns. * Participate in code reviews, technical testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure solution stability. * Optimize application performance, database queries, and integrations to ensure appropriate response times. * Manage incidents and provide technical support during testing, deployment, and stabilization phases of projects. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, QA, Frontend, DevOps, and Business) throughout the entire development lifecycle. * Prepare technical documentation for developed components and keep implemented components up to date. * Participate in implementing DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD). * Contribute to continuous improvement through adoption of development standards, automation, and software engineering best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. #### **Experience** * Minimum 4 years of experience in backend application development. (Preferred) * Proven experience developing with Java (preferably Spring Boot) and knowledge of .NET development (C\# and ASP.NET Core). * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and service-oriented or microservices architectures. * Experience designing and implementing relational data models and optimizing SQL queries. * Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Preferred experience in insurance, financial, or high-transactional domain projects. #### **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in Java 11 or later and the Spring Boot framework. * Knowledge of .NET platform development (C\#, ASP.NET Core). * Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL databases. * Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and multi-tier or microservices architectures. * Proficiency with version control tools such as Git. * Knowledge of Docker and CI tools is a plus. * **Preferred:** Knowledge of Angular to support frontend component development or maintenance when required by the project. * Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar is preferred. #### **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Focus on software quality. * Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and capacity for continuous learning. * Organization and commitment to deliverables. * Results orientation and continuous improvement.
