Job Summary: We are seeking a technical-analytical professional to lead process improvement in knitted fabric production, negotiate with suppliers, and train teams. Key Highlights: 1. The candidate must possess sound judgment to evaluate costs and processes, strong negotiation skills with workshops and suppliers, and the ability to provide technical guidance to the team of analysts. **Required Competencies:** * Technical mastery of knitting, finishing, garment manufacturing, and textile costing. * Ability to analyze time standards, material consumption, productivity, and profitability. * Technical negotiation skills with workshops and suppliers. * Analytical thinking and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Ability to train staff, align technical criteria, and support the team. * Excellent organizational, follow-up, and communication skills. * Preferably, hands-on knitting experience (manual or machine-based). **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze knitting time standards, material consumption, and costs to ensure accurate quotations. * Negotiate labor rates with workshops and validate the technical feasibility of product developments. * Maintain an up-to-date database of time standards, costs, and processes. * Provide technical support to analysts during product development. * Standardize technical and quality criteria among analysts, supervisors, auditors, and workshops. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce lead times. * Analyze analysts’ workloads and monitor assignment of developments to knitters. * Monitor departmental KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions. * Train the technical team and promote a culture of order, collaboration, and excellence. **Required Experience** * Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Design, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or technical roles within the textile industry. * Solid knowledge of knitted fabric production, finishing, garment manufacturing, and textile costing. * Experience analyzing standard time, material consumption, productivity, and labor costs. * Advanced Excel proficiency and KPI analysis skills. * Experience implementing process improvements and technically leading teams is highly valued. **Work Mode and Compensation** * On-site work mode. * Full-time employment contract. * Compensation commensurate with experience and technical expertise.
