Participation in nationwide projects **JOIN OUR TEAM!** At **Lumat Construcciones**, we are looking for a **Systems Specialist** to join our team and contribute to the management, administration, and optimization of our computer systems—ensuring operational continuity, information security, and technological support for the organization. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and licensed in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience administering ERP systems, technical support, and system integration. * Knowledge and experience in administering the Starsoft ERP system. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of data analysis and the Java programming language. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer, configure, and optimize the Starsoft ERP system. * Provide technical and functional support to users. * Configure and administer modules including Accounting, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Treasury, and Human Resources. * Manage data integrity, security, and backups. * Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators to support decision-making. * Coordinate implementations, updates, and improvements with the ERP vendor. * Train users on proper system usage. * Manage inventory of technological equipment, corporate licenses, and other IT resources. * Propose improvements and automation of technological processes. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Organization and time management. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. **What We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Participation in nationwide projects. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. **If you meet the profile and wish to join a continuously growing company, apply now and become part of our team.** Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you have experience with the Starsoft system?
