Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Professional in Systems and Informatics for IT support, incident management, and compliance with information security policies, with availability to travel. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and incident management (remote/in-person) 2. Implementation and enforcement of information security policies 3. Management of technological equipment and inventory **REQUIREMENTS:** · Technical professional and graduate of Systems and Informatics · Basic knowledge of information security policies · Technical, methodical, organized, proactive, punctual, and team-oriented professional; knowledge of network configuration, computing equipment, and peripheral devices (cameras, printers, switches, routers, etc.) · Knowledge of incident management, providing remote or on-site user support, clearly distinguishing between effectiveness and efficiency to apply them appropriately within the Company according to established policies and procedures · Availability to travel to Lima and provincial areas · Knowledge of technological equipment management; inventory, logistical control of computing equipment **JOB FUNCTIONS** · Address daily user requests regarding software and hardware · Comply with and enforce information security policies (e.g., user access to authorized websites, authorized communication ports, clean desktops, use of authorized software, etc.) · Perimeter security, access control, patch updates, firewall configuration review, antivirus management, data backup, encryption, and hardening implementation · Prepare reports using word processors, spreadsheets, etc., for supervisors and regulatory bodies **BENEFITS:** · Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits from day one · Ongoing training · Career development path and professional advancement · Profit-sharing Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
