Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Cook specializing in Nikkei cuisine for a restaurant chain, responsible for cleaning, food preparation, compliance with hygiene standards, and equipment maintenance. Opportunities for professional growth and development A prestigious Nikkei cuisine restaurant chain is currently seeking COOKS who are passionate about the culinary world for its restaurant located in San Miguel. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Cleaning and organizing work areas - Mise en place for opening service - Checking the quality of sauces before opening and shift changes - Preparing staff meals - Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of responsibilities - Complying with all hygiene and sanitation standards - Maintaining equipment and utensils in good condition - Preparing shift production reports - Correct use of FIFO (First In, First Out) - Cleaning and washing utensils after each shift REQUIREMENTS: - Prior experience in the field - Availability to work rotating shifts (openings and closings) - Knowledge of sautéing and frying techniques - Residing in a nearby area (preferred) BENEFITS: - Formal employment registration - Opportunity to learn and specialize in Nikkei cuisine - Dynamic and collaborative work environment - Meals provided during shifts - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Market-competitive salary - Employment type: Full-time - Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month - Work location: On-site employment
