Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators / Delivery Assistants to perform manual packaging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing, ensuring product quality and supporting loading and unloading. Key Highlights: 1. Participates in the entire production and packaging process of products. 2. Ensures product quality compliance. 3. Assists in logistics for loading and unloading products. At **Gierca SAC**, we are looking for **PRODUCTION OPERATORS / DELIVERY ASSISTANTS** to join our team at the Ventanilla Plant. Responsibilities: * Perform manual packaging, capping, sealing, boxing, and palletizing of finished products as required. * Ensure compliance with product quality standards. * Roll product cylinders and unload required items. * Load and unload products to support process completion (transport assistant). Requirements: * Completed secondary education (Mandatory). * Experience in heavy-duty work or production (Preferred). * Availability to work in Ventanilla.
