Participation in software development under the Scrum framework. **Job Objective** Responsible for the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications, participating in requirements analysis, backend functionality development, database design, and deployment of technology solutions aimed at improving internal processes and digital services of the company. **Education and Experience** * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (mandatory). * Practical experience in backend development and mobile applications using React Native and/or Expo through demonstrable professional, academic, or personal projects. * Experience in deploying or publishing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS (desirable). **Knowledge** * **Java** – Intermediate level. * **Spring / Spring Boot.** * **JavaScript** – Intermediate level. * Development and consumption of REST APIs. * MySQL or MariaDB databases. * MVC architecture pattern. * **React Native.** * **Expo.** * **TypeScript.** * Knowledge of the mobile application development process. * Handling components, navigation, and service consumption in React Native. * Basic knowledge of compilation, build generation, and mobile application publishing. * **GitHub.** * English – Intermediate level. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze system functional and technical requirements. * Develop and maintain backend functionalities for web and mobile applications. * Design, create, and modify database structures according to system needs. * Implement processes, validations, and business logic. * Develop and maintain mobile application features using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript. * Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs. * Participate in software development under the Scrum framework. * Perform testing and validation of implemented features in web and mobile applications. * Resolve incidents and implement improvements in existing applications. * Participate in integrating new features with current modules. * Perform compilation, build generation, and deployment of mobile applications in development and production environments. * Participate in publishing and updating mobile applications for Android and/or iOS. * Maintain good programming practices and technical documentation. **Skills and Competencies** * Ability to analyze and solve technical problems. * Ability to quickly learn new technologies. * Self-taught profile with continuous pursuit of improvement. * Organization and responsibility in task management. * Effective communication with technical teams and involved departments. * Teamwork. * Adaptability to new technological challenges. * Commitment to development quality and achievement of objectives. **Job Conditions** * Availability to work onsite at the office located in the Ate district. * Residence in areas near the Ate district or Eastern Lima (requirement). * Availability to work 48 hours per week. * Participation in coordination meetings, progress tracking, and activities inherent to software development. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Continuous training and learning in new technologies. * Opportunity for professional development and growth with a clear career path within the company.
