Fire Detection and Alarm Specialist - Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

A company specializing in Fire and Gas Detection Systems and Fire Protection is seeking a DACI PROJECT ENGINEER to work in Surco.

Position Summary: We are seeking an Application Technical Support Coordinator with experience leading teams and managing enterprise application support, focused on incident resolution and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of technical teams in application support and development. 2. Management of critical incidents and continuous improvement of applications. 3. Participation in integrations and application maintenance. On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for: a) Application Technical Support Coordinator (POS) Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development and/or support, including at least 3 years with Java and experience leading technical teams. * Experience in production environments, handling critical incidents, troubleshooting, and coordinating with Level 2/Level 3 teams. * Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and integrations. * Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, and MongoDB is mandatory. * Familiarity with Linux/Windows, log analysis, monitoring tools, Git, Maven, and CI/CD. * Knowledge of infrastructure and networking. * Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), backlog management, and SLA/KPI tracking. * Knowledge of ITIL, Docker/Kubernetes, APM/observability, and DevOps. * Experience in retail, POS, and/or e-commerce sectors. * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams. Responsibilities: * Lead and provide technical support to the development team, coordinating the handling of requests and incidents. * Manage and resolve incidents in production environments, including critical incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and follow-up until closure. * Coordinate incident handling with Level 2/Level 3 teams and with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, DevOps, and business units. * Analyze logs, alerts, and monitoring metrics to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. * Manage and prioritize the technical backlog, track SLA/KPI compliance, and ensure achievement of objectives. * Participate in integrations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications and processes.
