Job Summary: We are seeking a security guard to ensure the safety of residents and properties, register entries, report incidents, and collaborate with staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures the safety of residents and properties. 2. Registers entries and reports incidents. 3. Collaborates with the team and follows security protocols. Job Description: We are from SILPSA, an integrated services company specializing in cleaning, security, and administration. Schedule: Full-time (7:00 AM \- 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM \- 7:00 AM) Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of residents and properties within the facility. Register the entry of visitors, vehicles, suppliers, etc. Report incidents and comply with instructions from the building committee. Prevent individuals from consuming alcohol or other substances inside the service unit. Collaborate with other staff members. Follow security protocols. Availability to work in Surquillo and San Borja. Availability to work 12-hour shifts.
