JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a **MECHANICAL ENGINEER**, **with experience supervising projects in industrial or mining environments**, capable of coordinating diverse teams and contractors, performing technical and progress monitoring, and ensuring project execution according to safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards. **Requirements:** * **Graduated professional in Mechanical Engineering** or related fields. * Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or mining experience, with involvement in project supervision. * Experience in project monitoring and coordination with contractors. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. * MS Project and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and control. * Willingness to travel to facilities/projects as required by operational needs. * **Valid driver's license is mandatory.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of mechanical and industrial projects, verifying compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and quality standards. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on activities necessary for project development. * Monitor physical project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Review drawings, quantity take-offs, technical specifications, and engineering documentation. * Participate in planning and scheduling of activities, resources, and project deliverables. * Prepare progress reports and provide technical support during various project phases. * Ensure compliance with Holcim’s established safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures.
