Below are the details: Who Are We Looking For? Incomplete, ongoing, or completed technical and/or university studies. 6 months of customer service experience via call center or in-person channels. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Availability to work on-site or hybrid (must have wired internet connection). Work location: Lima Centro (near block 6 of Av. Arequipa). What Would Your Responsibilities Be? Provide students with support for the correct use of their platforms. Monitor student connectivity and weekly course activities. Send reminders to students regarding weekly activities. Address all student inquiries during scheduled working hours. Guide students on administrative procedures. Conduct orientation calls for new students at the start of each academic term. Perform related or complementary duties as required by your immediate supervisor. What Would Your Working Hours Be? (Choose one) Monday to Sunday: 9:00 PM to 6:00 PM (On-site) – Day off between Saturday or Sunday Monday to Sunday: 10:00 PM to 7:00 PM (On-site) – Day off between Saturday or Sunday Monday to Sunday: 11:00 PM to 8:00 PM (On-site) – Day off between Saturday or Sunday Monday to Sunday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Hybrid) – Day off between Saturday or Sunday Why Join UTP?
