




Job Summary: Inventory Analyst to ensure proper management and accuracy of inventories at the Distribution Center, safeguarding assets and supporting operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking an Inventory Analyst whose mission is to analyze, control, and ensure proper inventory management across the Distribution Center and other stock-holding units, guaranteeing accuracy between physical and system records, traceability of movements, and timely detection of discrepancies—thereby safeguarding company assets, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering reliable information for business decision-making. The position plays a key role in internal control, loss prevention, and continuous improvement of logistical and administrative processes related to inventory. Responsibilities: Review and validate inventory movements recorded in corporate systems. Periodically analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system stock. Execute and support inventory adjustments per internal policies and authorizations. Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to review identified discrepancies. Generate periodic inventory reports, discrepancy analyses, and stock gap assessments. Monitor blocked items, goods in transit, or items with special status in the system. Actively participate in physical inventory processes (daily, cyclical, and full inventories). Audit operational processes at the Distribution Center (receiving, storage, dispatch, and locations). Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stock control (early-morning shift). Support weekly reconciliation reviews and monthly inventory closings. Audit system transactions and movements associated with inventory. Perform additional analytical and operational tasks as defined by the direct supervisor. Schedule: Mon–Fri (Note: Physical inventories are conducted at least once per week during the early-morning shift) Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution Centers, inventory control, or similar roles in retail. Experience in high-volume transactional operational environments (desirable). Technical Competencies: Inventory processes, stock control, and logistical transactions. ERP or inventory system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel (tables, data validation, analysis). Stock discrepancy analysis.
