Position Summary: We are seeking a professional in mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields to coordinate technical execution, develop schedules, prepare valuations, and ensure cross-departmental alignment. Participation in the planning and technical closeout of services and construction works We are looking for a professional with experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields to join our team at COMSERTRAN S.A.C. **Requirements** * University bachelor's degree and/or technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. * Specialization in AUTOCAD, MS PROJECT, S10, EXCEL * Minimum 3 years of experience * Knowledge of SID software * Intermediate-level proficiency in AUTOCAD * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Knowledge of quotation preparation for mechanical and electrical areas * Knowledge of quantity surveying in both areas **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with field personnel on technical execution, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. * Prepare service and construction work schedules, and monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Prepare monthly valuations, technical reports, and maintain control of technical documentation. * Participate in the planning and technical closeout of services and construction works, including deliverables, technical files, and as-built or as-projected drawings. * Ensure effective articulation and coordination with logistics, quality, operations, and planning departments to achieve technical objectives.
