Job Summary: We are seeking a Content Creator to serve as AEM’s voice and lens on the road, capturing organic stories that humanize transportation and build a loyal, large-scale community across Latin America. Key Highlights: 1. Amplify the voices of transport drivers and showcase authentic stories of those living on the road. 2. Create and edit multi-format videos for diverse platforms. 3. Activate digital communities and foster a sense of belonging within the community. **Learn About Anécdotas en Marcha (AEM)** Anécdotas en Marcha was founded with a clear purpose: to amplify the voices of transport drivers and showcase the authentic stories of those who live on the road every day. Today, we are building a community connecting Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico—and we want you to be part of it. Thus, we are looking for a Content Creator to serve as AEM’s voice and lens on the road, capturing organic stories that humanize transportation and build a loyal, large-scale community across Latin America. **Strategic Responsibilities** * Storyhunting: Identify and document transport drivers’ challenges, joys, and daily realities for organic content. * Content Production: Create and edit multi-format videos for all platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, podcast). * Community Management: Activate transport drivers’ digital groups, encouraging participation and fostering a sense of belonging; respond to comments and DMs in alignment with the brand’s philosophy/narrative guidelines. * Lead Generation: Develop narrative hooks that convert audiences into leads for the AEM ecosystem. * Industry Trends: Stay updated on trends and integrate them into content calendars. **Requirements**: * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a content creator. * Excellent communication skills, video editing proficiency (CapCut), and storytelling ability. * Knowledge of editing, production, and creation of multi-format content. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (office); Saturdays, 9 AM–12 PM (remote). Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,300.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment
