**Technology company** with national presence is seeking a **Level 1 Technical Support Technician** to provide support to an **industrial sector company**. The position aims to remotely & telephonically manage microcomputer support, ensuring agile, organized, and service-oriented assistance. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 **year of experience in Level 1 technical support and/or related fields.** * **Technical or university professional** in **Systems, Computing, Networks and/or related fields**. * Proficiency in **Windows environments** and **Microsoft tools**. * Experience managing tickets using **JIRA and/or similar tools.** * Availability to work **onsite in Surco** Monday to Friday from **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** Saturdays from **9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** * Strong communication, organizational, and service-oriented skills. **Responsibilities** * Provide **remote and first-level technical support** to users in Windows environments and Microsoft platforms. * Receive, log, and manage **user incidents and requests** related to hardware, software, and access. * Provide basic support for **Microsoft 365 Office Suite** (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive). * **Log, categorize, track, and close tickets** in JIRA or another management tool, ensuring SLA compliance. * Perform **initial diagnostics**, apply standard solutions, and **escalate incidents** to higher levels when appropriate. * Deliver user support with a focus on **service, clear communication, and appropriate handling of situations**. * Comply with **operational procedures, support policies, and service metrics**. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of common incidents and solutions. * Assist with **logical asset control** (assignment, registration, and tracking of equipment via the system). **Conditions** * **MYPE payroll**, including: 15 annual vacation days. **ESSALUD** insurance. * **Corporate equipment** for job performance (laptop and mobile phone). * Onsite work in **Surco.** * Opportunity to grow within an industrial-sector corporate environment.
