Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct model tracking, operation analysis, staff training, and technical support for sewing lines. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in operating sewing machines. 2. Knowledge of technical specification interpretation. 3. Ability to train production staff. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed studies in Textile Garment Manufacturing (Desirable). * Extensive proficiency in operating sewing machines: straight stitch, overlock, coverstitch, etc. * Experience and/or knowledge of garment assembly sequence for knitted fabrics. * Knowledge of technical specification interpretation. * Willingness to travel to our service workshops as scheduled (North Lima). * Experience in people management (communication at all levels). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct appropriate tracking of new models in the DDP area. * Perform and analyze operation sequences and time standards (quotation sheet for new models). * Prepare and assemble respective work aids for critical or complex operations. * Train production staff on critical operations or bottlenecks. * Conduct time studies and method improvements for operations assigned by the Engineering Manager. * Perform and record line balancing for the PCP Sewing area. * Provide technical support to live sewing lines and service lines. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary aligned with market standards. * Pleasant working environment. * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * Career development path. * 60% meal allowance coverage.
