Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst with experience in the mining sector to execute payroll and compensation processes, analyze remuneration, and administer employment contracts. Payroll and compensation process management A mining services company is currently seeking a professional to fill the position of **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** at our offices in Lima – La Victoria. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the mining sector. * Knowledge of labor laws and benefits under the mining regime. * Familiarity with SCTR, Vida Ley, and preparation of payroll for over 400 employees. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Power BI (mandatory) **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute weekly and monthly payroll and compensation processes. * Analyze employee remuneration and social benefits. * Administer employment contracts, vacation records, and compliance with labor obligations. * Train staff on timekeeping registration and information control within the Payroll ERP system. * File and process payments to AFP entities, PDT PLAME, Conafovicer, Sencico, and other institutions relevant to this position. *“We are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, maternity, or any other personal condition.”* Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in similar positions? * In which sectors have you implemented payroll processes? * What is your availability to start work? * Please indicate your salary expectations Work Location: On-site employment
