This role is critical to ensuring accurate recording, issuance, and control of documents, as well as client follow-up and collections management. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, capable of teamwork, and committed to meeting deadlines. **Responsibilities** * Provide support in administrative and billing processes. * Ensure accurate recording, issuance, and control of documents. * Conduct client follow-up and collections management. * Prepare and manage billing-related documents. **Requirements** * University technical degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in billing. * Experience issuing and editing supporting documents: invoices, credit notes, shipping guides. * Experience in documentary control and collections management. * Experience in client follow-up. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. **Schedule** **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
