Job Description: Multident\-Infinity Group seeks to hire a **Web Marketing Assistant** with experience in digital advertising campaigns aimed at lead and/or customer acquisition in the healthcare segment. We are looking for a professional experienced in digital advertising who can convert traffic into customers and campaigns into sales, optimizing outcomes using data-driven strategies. **Responsibilities** * Create, configure, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and WhatsApp Business. * Generate dynamic reports and any others requested by immediate supervisors. * Consistently monitor all our platforms and respond to inquiries from each social media channel. * Create, configure, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and WhatsApp Business. * Strategically segment audiences according to the target audience of each product or service. * Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.). * Conduct A/B tests to identify top-performing ads. **We Highly Value Candidates Who:** * Have generated real leads or sales * Can optimize campaigns (not just create them) * Understand sales funnels and CRM systems * Demonstrate initiative and propose improvements **Work Modality:** * On-site work * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Growth path within the marketing area. * Dynamic, results-oriented environment. * Opportunity for performance-based advancement. **IMPORTANT** * If you are passionate about delivering tangible results and scaling campaigns, we want to meet you.
