Your primary challenge: Supervise dining room operations, lead the service team, and ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience. What we are looking for? * Education: Administration, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as Shift Supervisor or Supervisor in the industry. * Key skills: Staff management, cash handling, POS system operation, and operational metrics (average ticket, table turnover). * Languages: Basic/intermediate English. Benefits and Conditions: * PEN 1,500 (Base salary) \+ PEN 1,000 (Approximate consumption surcharge) \+ Commissions. * Career progression path and continuous training. * Evening/night shifts (Mon–Thu 5 PM–1 AM / Fri–Sat 6 PM–3 AM). Rest days between Monday and Wednesday. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 2,400.00 \- PEN 2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
