Position Summary: Lead and supervise project coordination teams, ensuring quality and compliance with standards, managing client relationships and technical execution. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of methodologies and training **OBJECTIVE** Lead and support the Project Coordination team in the technical and operational execution of the portfolio, ensuring activity and deliverable quality, adherence to Insuco’s processes and standards, appropriate management of local consultants, and timely information tracking. Additionally, manage day-to-day client relationships during project execution, contributing to the achievement of their objectives, deadlines, and budgets. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Technical Direction of Projects:** * Direct leadership and supervision: Oversee the daily management of the Project Coordination team and analysts, assigning responsibilities, evaluating performance, and guiding technical and operational decisions. * Operational technical direction of general projects: Lead the technical execution of local, bounded, or recurring office projects, defining the conceptual approach, daily methodological architecture, and resolution of contingencies. * Local proposal leadership: Lead the technical structuring, conceptual strategy, and budgetary costing of local or moderately complex proposals. * Conduct continuous monitoring of the coordinations’ operational planning, ensuring strict adherence to work plans, schedules, allocated budgets, and intermediate deliverables. * Lead the identification, selection, hiring, technical onboarding, and evaluation of local consultants. * Ensure day-to-day client relationships during project execution, escalating strategic technical, institutional, or commercial matters to Senior Technical Management or Regional Management. **Quality Management and Operational Control:** * Standards alignment: Ensure project coordinations strictly apply the methodological frameworks, policies, processes, and quality instructions defined by Senior Technical Management. * First-level quality control: Perform thorough technical review and validation of data, field inputs, draft reports, and intermediate deliverables prior to consolidation or submission to clients or Senior Technical Management. * ClickUp (IT and Processes) record assurance: Ensure the loading, updating, and continuous technical tracking of tasks, milestones, and project and proposal data in ClickUp or other designated platforms, strictly in accordance with Insuco’s internal processes and instructions. * Document control and databases (Taleez): Supervise correct updating and maintenance of the local consultant database and proper management of the office’s technical archive. * Knowledge management: Lead technical knowledge management, ensuring systematic documentation and transfer of best practices and lessons learned from projects. **Organizational Management and Implementation:** * Operationalization of innovation: Contribute to, adapt, and implement in daily operations new methodologies, digital tools, and innovations validated by Senior Technical Management (originating from the R\+D area with the LAC Leader). * Local team training: Execute and lead training, coaching, and continuous technical capacity-building activities for staff, project coordinations, and local consultants on the use of Insuco’s tools and methodologies. * Technical feedback: Report to Senior Technical Management on the practical feasibility and effectiveness of instruments and processes in the field. * Organizational and commercial articulation: Ensure smooth communication among project coordinations, local administration, Senior Technical Management, and Regional Management; prepare robust technical inputs to achieve the office’s commercial goals. **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Geography, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, or equivalent is desirable. **Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical management or project coordination roles. **Competencies** * Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Solid proficiency in project management tools and databases. * Project and data management. **ABOUT INSUCO** Insuco is an independent international consultancy specializing in social sciences and sustainability.
