Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Production and Assembly Operator to assemble and prepare spaces, sets, and perform operational tasks requiring manual dexterity. Key Highlights: 1. PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY OPERATOR At **YIOOW Creators**, we seek a **hands-on, proactive individual with strong manual skills**, who can support us in assembling and preparing spaces, sets, and various operational tasks related to our productions. We especially seek someone experienced in **using tools, painting, assembling, installing, repairing, and solving everyday manual tasks**. **Main Responsibilities** * Assemble and dismantle sets, structures, and scenery. * Perform painting and finishing work. * Use hand and power tools. * Conduct basic installations and repairs. * Assist with basic carpentry and assembly tasks. * Prepare spaces for photo shoots, recordings, and events. * Transport, load, unload, and organize furniture, equipment, materials, and props. * Maintain and repair production-related items. * Support installations for activations, events, and special projects. * Keep tools and materials organized and well-maintained. * Provide general operational support before, during, and after productions. **Requirements** * Experience in **assembly, maintenance, painting, basic carpentry, installations, construction, event production, or similar activities**. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools. * Aptitude for manual tasks. * Willingness to perform various types of tasks. * Responsible, punctual, organized, and attentive to finish quality. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work both inside and outside the studio. **A university degree in communications or audiovisual production is not required.** We value **practical experience, manual dexterity, and the ability to handle operational tasks** above all.
