Job Summary: Provides support in warehouse and photographic logistics, ensuring preparation, inspection, and organization of equipment for events and productions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in inventory control and equipment registration. 2. Coordination with photographers and production team. 3. Continuous learning and growth opportunities. Provide support in the warehouse and photographic logistics area, ensuring all equipment, accessories, and cases are properly prepared, inspected, and organized for each company event or production. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and pack photography and video cases according to the requirements of each event. * Verify that each piece of equipment includes all its accessories (batteries, chargers, memory cards, flashes, tripods, etc.). * Organize and maintain order in the photographic and audiovisual equipment warehouse. * Inspect cables, connectors, and technical equipment before and after each deployment. * Assist in inventory control and tracking of equipment inflows and outflows. * Identify missing, damaged, or maintenance-required equipment. * Coordinate with photographers and production team on equipment preparation for events. * Assist with loading and unloading equipment when necessary. Requirements * Basic or intermediate knowledge of photography and video equipment. * Familiarity with cables, connections, and audiovisual technical accessories. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively. * Prior experience in warehouse, audiovisual production, or photography is desirable.
