Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage procurement, supply, and optimize logistics processes in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement and material supply processes 2. Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers 3. Coordinate with construction site and project departments At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are looking for a **LOGISTICS COORDINATOR** to join our team at our central office located at **PATIO PANORAMA** in **SURCO.** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Training course related to warehousing and procurement. * Minimum 2 years of logistics experience in the construction sector. * Experience in procurement management, supply, and inventory control. * Supplier management (sourcing, negotiation, and evaluation). * Experience coordinating with construction sites, operations, or project departments. * Knowledge of tendering processes and quotation comparison procedures. * Proficiency in S10 – Procurement module. * Availability for on-site work. Responsibilities: * Manage procurement and supply processes for materials and services. * Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers. * Prepare comparative tables and participate in tendering processes. * Coordinate with construction site, operations, and project departments. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply. * Track purchase orders and supplier performance. * Optimize costs and ensure efficiency in logistics management. * Participate in internal and external audits of the Integrated Management System (IMS). **Location:** Surco, Lima **Salary:** S/.2,800.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month **Working Hours:** Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Thursday and Friday: 7:00 PM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,800.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What are your salary expectations? * Are you available to start immediately? * How many years of experience do you have in logistics within the construction sector? * Have you held the role of Logistics Coordinator or similar positions? * Do you have experience in procurement and supply management? * Are you proficient in using the S10 software’s procurement module? * What is your level of proficiency with the procurement module in S10? * Have you worked with suppliers (sourcing, negotiation, and evaluation)? * Do you have any issues relocating to the district where the office is located?
