Job Summary: M&M ICB SAC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Operator to support preventive and corrective maintenance services for exhaust systems, ovens, and injection systems. Currently, we are seeking top talent to join our team as **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT OPERATOR**: For preventive and corrective maintenance of the grease exhaust system, ovens, and injection systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Familiarity with hand tools. * Minimum 1 month of experience in this field or in similar positions. * Availability to work across various districts of Lima and provinces. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Full job description** * Perform cleaning of hoods and exhaust ducts under technician supervision.
