At Recreativos Fargo Sac., we are looking for a **Security Agent (Clothing Store \- Retail)** for our location in ***San Isidro (corner of Salaverry and Javier Prado Oeste)*** REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 \- 3 years of experience in security, surveillance, or risk prevention * Residency in areas adjacent to San Isidro. RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor personnel entries and exits, ensuring compliance with security regulations. * Identify and assess potential risks (theft, workplace accidents, external threats, etc.) on premises. * Respond promptly to emergency situations, following established protocols. * Promote safety culture among employees, raising awareness about the importance of prevention. * Maintain records of security activities, inspections conducted, and any detected irregularities. CONSIDERATIONS * Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays off). * Day shift: 12 hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.). * Location: San Isidro * Full payroll registration (100%) * Overtime pay * Market-competitive salary.
