Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and proactive security guards/officers for loss prevention and excellent customer service in our stores. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are seeking **Security Guards / Security Officers** for our physical stores located in **Mesa Redonda** and **Breña**. We seek responsible, proactive, and security-committed male candidates focused on loss prevention and excellent customer service. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in security (officer, guard, or loss prevention officer), preferably in retail. * Basic computer skills. * Availability for full-time work and overtime. * Proactive, dynamic, empathetic, and positive-attitude individual. * Teamwork capability. * Responsible, punctual, and honest. * Residency in nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Control customer entry and exit, requesting and verifying payment receipts when applicable. * Monitor premises to prevent theft, losses, and misconduct within the store. * Conduct regular inspection rounds to identify suspicious situations or risks. * Verify merchandise entering the store from warehouses. * Provide orientation, warm welcome, and courteous farewell to customers. * Respond immediately to incidents, following established security protocols. * Report unsafe acts or conditions, accidents, and incidents to the supervisor. * Ensure compliance with internal company policies and procedures. * Support in-store risk and loss prevention. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **S/. 1,500.00 – S/. 1,550.00** * 15 days of vacation upon completing one year of service. * Enrollment in the microenterprise labor regime (ONP or AFP, ESSALUD).
